Smart Flanders: Tackling urban challenges through open data

The Smart Flanders programme supports the 13 centre cities of Flanders and VGC in Brussels to open data in a sustainable way. The goal is to begin tackling urban challenges by publishing real-time city data and encouraging stakeholders to reuse this data in innovative services. This presentation will focus on the accomplishments of the programme so far and present an Open Data Charter, containing the ambitious principles these cities want to collaborate on in the future.
